Forum Etiquette
The forum is intended to be a friendly place, so it's not laden down with rules.
The rules that do exist are fairly basic:
1. Don't be abusive to other forum users
2. If you're asking something related to an existing thread, please post on that thread rather than creating a new one.
3. Businesses that produce products relevant to nut allergy are welcome to post about them as long as they refrain from spamming the forum, by, for example:
- Posting about their products on threads that aren't relevant
- Posting about their products on the 'Useful Links' subforum - this is for users to identify sites they've found useful
- Creating multiple threads about their products
- Posting with no substantive content
- Posting with boilerplate text
Essentially, any representative of a business should use the forum as any other reasonable user would. The forum is non-profit so advertising (as opposed to answering another user's queries) is frowned upon.
